Friday morning Suvi, so special 💕

Suvi woke me up at 5.25am this morning by running around my bedroom playing with a dead cockroach.
I'd got to sleep at about 2.30am so this means today will be a 'yogi day' where I'm a little over tired and more open to sensing energies. There are many other benefits to being over tired as there are fasting. Sai Baba once said "Don't tell me are not willing to undergo the rigours of sleeplessness, don't tell me you don't care for that bliss."
