A tragic incident occurred on April 10, 2025, when a Bell 206 helicopter crashed into the Hudson River near Jersey City, New Jersey, resulting in six fatalities. The victims included a Spanish family of five—Agustín Escobar, president of Siemens Spain, his wife Mercè Camprubí Montal, and their three children aged 4, 8, and 10—and the 36-year-old pilot.
