Judyth Vary Baker was the girlfriend of Lee Harvey Oswald, a CIA operative working for the FBI to identify communists in America. Ultimately, Lee was to deliver the deadly cancer bioweapon Judyth had just created for the government (while believing she was working on a cure), to a med tech to kill Fidel Castro during a regular medical exam.
