Swiss Steak

Old fashioned Swiss Steak made with cubed steaks, in only a few minutes in the pressure cooker. Quick and easy perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
4 cubed beef steaks
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp salt
1tsp ground black pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 medium onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ground sage
Season steaks with salt and pepper and dredge in the almond flour.
Heat oil in the insta pot and sear steaks just until browned on each side. Remove steaks.
Add some additinal oil into the pot and saute onions for 4-5 min. Add garlic, tomatoes, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and sage.
Add steak back to the pot and cook on high pressure for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the steaks, adjust accordingly.
