Trump acknowledges 'transition problems' from his tariffs

Much of the gains of a short-lived rally on Wall Street Wednesday were wiped out by the next morning and when the White House clarified that President Donald Trump's tariffs on Chinese imports totaled 145%, things continued to go south.
