100% Tax for Foreigners in Spain

100% tax for foreigners who want to buy property in Pedro Sánchez's socialist Spain.

While the whole world is outraged by Donald Trump’s tariffs, nothing is said about this measure targeting foreigners and scaring away international investors.

To give you an idea, if an American buys an apartment in Marbella that costs 300,000 EUR on the market, it would cost 621,000 EUR, since first you add the 100% tax for foreigners and then you add 21,000 EUR, a tax known as ITP.

On top of that, this government eliminated the golden visa, which was aimed at those who could invest amounts greater than 500,000 EUR.

In other words, it drives investment away, claiming that it wants to help lower costs.
