Mozzarella: the Cheese I can't master

I struggle to make mozzarella! I am determined to master it one day.. but until then, I might use the short cut I figured out at the end of the video.

Mozzarella is not a good beginner cheese, but the 30 minute mozzarella is good for beginners! I am making the traditional one here.
