It's important to be careful when deprogramming and integrating because survivors will have pockets of brain tissue associated with the trauma that are still badly damaged. When you remember, you access these pockets which can result in seizures. The healing sequence provided in the video is extremely important to keep yourself safe as you go through the healing process and come across brain damage.
