But how was this list articulated?
To respect the culture of hip hop as a whole from the emcee/rapper perspective, Nicki Minaj has been named the best female rapper of all time by Billboard, and that is the opinion entitled by the staff at Billboard.

Let's look at this Billboard list. 1.
There is no one working at Billboard who has or had any association with hip hop before recording, which is the first generation.

2. The majority of this top rapper list are based on popularity, sales, Instagram, and YouTube social media numbers.

3.-Remember the exploitation of the last decade by this industry when it came to females, which is degrading and you all know it, but it is accepted because it makes money.

4. We've been seeing this for over 10 years. The skills are definitely below average, depending on who is asked. The fans have been misled because the excitement from female rappers on stage is when they twerk, shake their ass, and everything else sexually many are forced to do, and some will say this is what they wanted to do on stage for their performance.

5. Some of these new generation female rappers have skills and lyrics, but it seems the fans are not ready for this these days.

And it falls back to where the lyrical assets that are meaningful. And yes, there is a generation change in everything in life that we csn or cannot accept .

But the blueprint for females was laid out 52 years ago. It was respectfully carried out until the 2000s and took a turn into Biff's world, aka Back to the Future.

6. How about lyrics, style, and creativity? Twerking is not creative. To get respect and have an intelligent conversation about top rappers, you must break it down by decades, as we are 52 years deep into hip hop since its inception on August 11th, 1973.

1983-1993
1993-2003
2003-2013
2013-2023
2023 and so on because there definitely no one who was around or about working at these publications now that cab hold a conversation regarding this topic.
When you break it down by decades it will get a better response and honorable list.

Example : So at Billboard do you actually think this fan base today will know the male and female Encees/Rappers who came out during the early days lets say 1979-1985
And they were BORN 2001?
They can only relate to their generation .

7. The problem is there is no one at these publications with real hip hop knowledge to accurately identify the culture of females from its birth.
And I know it not IMPORTANT , RIGHT!

But the reason this happens is that they are clueless, with no history about the culture or respect for those females who paved the way and opened doors for the women rappers who followed. I respect this generation, but you also must have respect for self and these little young girls growing up in this world we all live in.
