I’m pushing through the midnight hours with a dedicated shoulder workout after a long day. Tonight, I focused on building those side and rear delts with lateral raises, upright rows, and some experiments with cable setups versus machines. My legs are still jelly from my last leg day, but that’s not stopping me from chasing shoulder gains. I wrapped up with some abs and cardio to cap off the session. Feeling tired but accomplished—let’s keep growing and grinding!
