SHITS & GIGGLES: suppose DISMANTLE to DISARM is our SOLUTION 4-10-25

As was stated in the founding of the patriot act - pre emptive action reasons that if there be intelligence that there is a man around the corner with a loaded gun and he has the intent to harm or kill another - it is our duty to disarm that person of the weapon - i do not agree with that limited reasoning though our current society is standing on these faulty footings - so be it- here is the how & Why our digital cyber infrastructure is a singular dual use weapon - HOW & WHY We the People should DISMANTLE to DISARM ... ??? ...
