3D Realms and Saber Interactive is bringing back Painkiller. The Creator has banished you to Purgatory, but has given you another chance at redemption. Use new and classic Painkiller weaponry to battle the fallen angel Azazel and his hordes. You can choose from four different classes each with different strengths as you try to gain salvation as one of the chosen Champions.

Painkiller releases for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC sometime in 2025.
