The Journey Toward Resurrection

The readings today highlight the contrast between Jeremiah’s vengeful anger and Jesus’ forgiveness. Jesus emphasizes the importance of the cross for salvation, not just miracles or his popularity. To bear fruit for God, like Jeremiah, we must die to ourselves and be drawn to the cross, ultimately seeking resurrection and glorification in heaven.
