Sorry it is only in flight my trail camera was too far away to get a close-up of it sitting still I slowed it down so you can kind of see what he looks like. Mountain Bluebirds are fairly small thrushes. They eat mostly bugs, in the winter months they go after small fruits, seeds, and insects when available. Commonly eaten plant items include grapes, currants, elderberries, cedar berries, and the seeds of sumac, mistletoe, and hackberry.
