Christ and Culture ... and Subculture

This is a double sermon that examines Christ and culture and then takes it further to the subcultures that have a significant impact upon their participants. Jews and Greeks certainly had cultural differences in customs and values, but so do other nations, as well as smaller groups within nations. Among the Jews there were several such groups featured in the time of Christ. Today, racial, political, social, and even congregational and family subcultures can influence an individual to hold to beliefs and practices that contradict the gospel.
