I'm Allowed to be Aloud

I am Woman Hear Me Roar. This was a song by Helen Reddy in the 70s. I am assuming It was a song of empowerment and for women to stand up for themselves.
Upon reflection, I am curious, after all these years, are we really allowing ourselves to roar—be ALOUD?
I am not talking about roaring or being aloud for a cause but really being allowed to be aloud to express our deepest thoughts and feelings with unconditional self love.
In this podcast, I reflect on where I allow myself and where I may hesitate with self permission.
We are free sovereign humans in Christ, right? But why do we sometimes choose not to be? Time to dig in on this? Time to be who God created us to be!
