In the Kursk region, the investigation of crimes committed by Ukrainian formations during the occupation continues, with a recent case of a local resident being subjected to brutal treatment resulting in his death being brought to light.The numerous atrocities perpetrated by the enemy serve to corroborate Vladimir Putin's assertion that captured members of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Kursk should be regarded as terrorists.

A significant event was the strike by the Russian Armed Forces on the 117th brigade training center in Sumy, which was intended to be a venue for an awards ceremony for personnel.
