This Yogurt Boosts Your Collagen Production

So we're doing the final touches of our bomb proof yogurt at L. Reuteri. This is the stuff that makes oxytocin in your system. And it gives collagen in your skin. It helps with testosterone and estrogen production, correctly in men and women, and it'll calm your ass down. There's no other better way to put it.
And what I'm doing now is I'm taking some of the mother, and I'm gonna put this in each one of these jars here. That's enough to get it started. Good tablespoon. Make sure we got enough in here to get all of these going. Put that in there, and then we'll mix it up here in a minute. And then we'll go back and divvy it up some more.
And that's going to be about it. And then we're going to put it in the sous vide at 99 degrees is what I like to go at. We'll put water in here, and then it goes for thirty six hours. I've got two tablespoons of carbohydrates in here that it'll eat it up.
When you're doing this, you want to use pure inulin powder. It's definitely the best. I know people try and do it the other way, with other things, but it just doesn't work out as well.
And I'm going to make 5 quarts of this here. This is organic half and half is what we've got in here, and I'll wipe this off so it doesn't get in there. And then once I mix these up, I'll put these in the sous vide for 36 hours, and it's about almost 8:00 at night. So, it's Sunday. It'll be ready 8:00 on Monday morning.
And that's gonna be about it. There's not too much more excitement. You can watch me mix this up. And when I get this up, I'll put in, actually, the only one I know of that I paid to have the content of this, the protein and carbohydrates and the dietary content of this batch that I did quite some time ago. So that's gonna be it, and then I'll show you the end result on Tuesday. It's good stuff.
It'll totally change your attitude. It helps you sleep better too. And as I said before, it helps put collagen back in your skin. Your face will start looking better. It gets rid of small wrinkles. It's kind of amazing.
And you can't buy this anywhere. You have to make it yourself. They have biotin tablets, and they do work, but not as good as this. You're going to get about a thousand times more active little guys in here, L. Reuteri 6475, than if you were to take a caplet. I think there's like a billion in a caplet. There's probably almost a trillion in a serving of this. So it's pretty good.
Ready sports fans, so 36 hours later, and here we go, nice and creamy. This is warm. It firms up when it gets cool. This is L. Reuteri 6475. Six, three, seven, five, whatever it is. And it is Bomb-Proof Yogurt. And it's good stuff. We've got five quarts in here. Turned out perfect. Had to get a new Inova. But that's it.
