VENUS Wars

"Venus Wars" is a 1989 animated Japanese film set on the terraformed planet Venus, where two colonies, Ishtar and Aphrodia, are on the brink of war. The story centers on Hiro Seno and his Battle Bike team, a group of motorcycle racers, who become caught in the conflict when Ishtar invades Aphrodia. A reporter from Earth, Susan Sommers, also arrives in Aphrodia just as the invasion begins.
