The inspiration behind 'Don't Forget to Dance in the Rain'
Alzheimers Awareness, inspired by being my father's caretaker during the last 7 years of his struggle while cognitive decline took absolutely everything from the strongest man I ever met.When I started ballroom dancing 4 years ago my instructor told me that she became a professional dancer because dancing everyday helps improve the odds for all forms of cognitive decline.
