When Will Souls be Able to Enter Heaven?

The 144,000 are part of the first fruits that must be presented first. (Rev 14:4) Before this the fullness of the Gentiles must come in. Until then we see souls trapped beneath the firmament. Once we all enter to the presence of God then those who have refused to enter and sealed off and judged.
