How to Deal with Courts

so rather than 'the prosecutor' attempting to hold the 'man' liable for the 'trust' by proving he, the living man, is indeed the NAME, she falls back on the escape clause of 'no evidence' (photo) to 'dismiss' the case when she herself is in no position to do so; an agent of the fiction (State/City) is no better than the fiction; one cannot breather or utter into life something that does not have life;

These people are only honorable when you force them into the corner, but if they can user your ignorance against you they will. You must always maintain calm. Zero aggression and zero attitude. Claims and bad actions fuel them so don't give them any.

problem is trying to find a 'court' of integrity that stands in Law so that Equitable remedy can be sought against thy false accuser; as no doubt you know, all of these False Witnesses have written into (purported) 'law' acts and statutes that absolve them from liability under the presumption of 'inadvertent' mistake(s)...so much for the separation of State, Church and Judiciary.
