Braced Pistol Prosecuted as an SBR... and a Pistol at the Same Time

Pam Bondi's DOJ is Prosecuting US Navy veteran Taylor Taranto as possessing an unregistered SBR among other things, even though it was a pistol with attached stabilizing brace. They are also calling the same weapon a handgun in the indictment.
