If everything you have done in life was about buying and selling, the real roots of manufacturing will be unknown to you. The example given in this video touches on just one of those root details: machinery. To mass produce a product of any kind requires current level machinery, none of which is produced in the United States. None. After raising the necessary funds to acquire appropriate land that is zoned for your intended use, getting all necessary permits, acquiring power feeds that meet your present and future needs, now you need to build the skeleton and fill it with the appropriate machinery. But all of that machinery is now as much as twice the price that it was before. What maniac would think any of this is WORTH THE INVESTMENT? Remember, you still have to find and hire competent workers at a price way higher than your overseas operation.
