The Stones Would Immediately Cry Out
(Much Deserved Praise of the Lord Jesus)
Text: Luke 19:29-40

Objective: that the brethren praise the Lord without hesitation nor reservation

Intro:
Define – praise, Lord, hosanna, cry, deserve
- story of the triumphal entry of Jesus to Jerusalem

How Well is the Lord Jesus to be Praised:
1. We should be His disciples – vv.29-34 – we should follow Him
a. Don’t doubt, observe to do the exact instructions - Proverbs 12:9
2. We should bring to Jesus – v.35 – that which we can offer for His service
a. House, money, vehicle, talent.
b. That He may use it and be used to glorify Him. “set Jesus thereon”-v36
3. Rejoice when He is glorified, praised and exalted – v.37
a. Romans 12:15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
4. Bless the Lord with your mouth – song, praise – v.38
a. Represent Him well with our speech
5. Don’t Let His Praise be hindered – vv.39-40
a. Nothing is impossible with Him – all mighty

Message/conclusion:
Let us Praise the Lord in words, songs, deeds and service.
He deserves it all and much more!
