Earth Quake Alert issued by mistake

Otsego County residents were taken by surprise Monday when an earthquake alert was issued. The alert was issued due to mobile cell towers borrowed from California after the ice storm. The towers are now collaborated with AT&T and FirstNet to ensure they are correctly geo-located to Otsego County, preventing future false alerts. David Barr Michigan News Source.
