The right to keep and bear arms for self defence is an inalienable right inviolable. It is a God given right. Jesus said "sell your cloak and buy a sword"

Pick axe handles are cheaper and much more effective than baseball bats.

Crucial: There is no such law stopping you from defending your self or you family or your community. In fact the reverse. Constitutional law that supports that right.

Article VII of the English Bill of Rights 1689

"Subjects’ Arms.
That the Subjects which are Protestants may have Arms for their Defence suitable to their
Conditions and as allowed by Law."

The commo law of self defence! "as allowed by law" anything that restricts that right is unlawful and unconstitutional. This was debated and made clear in the debates for the declaration of rights (private law) and the Bill of rights (public law).
