On April 4th, 2025 Hycroft Mining (NSDQ: HYMC) published a Prospectus Supplement opening share offerings back to the maximum $97M, after notifying shareholders just a few weeks prior that due to the Baby Shelf Rule the offering had been capped at $21M. A similar situation happened around this same time of year in 2024.
