'Havoc' pays homage to Hong Kong action films, says director

Tom Hardy's new Netflix film "Havoc" is an action-packed thriller that pays homage to 1980s and 90s Hong Kong movies, director Gareth Evans said at the film's world premiere in London on Tuesday (April 15).
