Grand day everyone,

I’m meeting with people who stand with me during this deeply challenging time as I face an unethical foreclosure process initiated by the bank.

🏡 I currently have tenants lawfully residing on the property under a valid rental agreement that
extends through April 2027. I must add that these tenants is an elderly couple living in a camper, he’s a Veteran who recently had part of his leg amputated and his wife was a Social worker whom helped homeless people and helped them get back on their feet.
Sadly this government isn't helping so i stepped up to help them.

It’s critical to emphasize that NO eviction can legally occur without a “Writ of Execution” being formally served to me. Until such a legal document is presented, neither the bailiff, sheriff, nor RCMP has the authority to forcibly remove anyone from the premises.

I’m standing firm in protecting my rights, the rights of my tenants, and the principles of due process under Canadian law and Land Title Act.
