My 14 Day Fast: The Benefits and Challenges

In this episode, I share my experience and lessons learned from a 14-day water fast my wife and I undertook back in late 2023.
We decided to do the fast to seek clarity and improved health amidst a turbulent year filled with personal and family challenges.
