14 Day Fast - Water Only

In this episode, I share my experience and lessons learned from a 14-day water fast my wife and I undertook back in late 2023.
We decided to do the fast to seek clarity and improved health amidst a turbulent year filled with personal and family challenges.
I discuss the physical and spiritual impact of the fast, the initial discomforts, significant health benefits such as reduced inflammation, and the importance of discipline and clear intention.
