I first heard of hueman trafficking while I was the Director of The Salvation Army’s Harbor Light homeless shelter in Downtown Portland Oregon in 2004.

The facility I managed was tagged as a temporary site, should the need arise, where trafficked persons may need a temporary site until more permanent sites were located.

It was then I read there were more than 20 million people were trapped in hueman trafficking. More than all of the all other persons who were trafficked in history.

Add up all of the persons from Slav cities, all of the indentured servants, and all of the African peoples who been brought from different lands to slavery to another country.

Add them all up, there are more people in SLAVERY TODAY, than at any other time in history.
