Smoked Ham and Baked Beans | Blackstone Griddles
Todd fired up the new Blackstone Bronco XL Griddle Smoker Combo for a full Easter feast. Smoked ham and bold, smoky baked beans packed with chorizo, jalapeños, and thick-cut bacon—here’s how it all came together.

Ingredients
12 slices thick bacon
1 pound of pork chorizo
3-28 oz cans of pork and beans, drained
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
Ketchup
Yellow mustard
Molasses (or brown sugar or maple syrup), to sweeten
Garlic paste or freshly diced garlic
Black pepper
Salt
Directions
1. Preheat Blackstone Griddle to low heat, and smoker to 350°F.
2. Place the bacon down on the hot griddle top. Turn each piece early and often until cooked through. Cut into large pieces and set aside.
3. Add pork chorizo to the side, stirring often while it cooks.
4. Then, add ingredients to a deep cast iron skillet or small dutch oven, to taste: Pork and beans, ketchup, mustard, molasses, salt, and pepper. Stir it well.
5. As the chorizo nears completion, add diced onions and jalapeno peppers.
6. When thoroughly cooked, add the chorizo mixture, bacon, and garlic paste to the skillet. Mix it all together. Mix in more ingredients as needed to get the desired taste.
7. Put the skillet in the smoker at 350°F for about an hour. Remove and enjoy!
