I always loved it And I kept honoring our connection Until it came to the point she told me she don't love me And I didn't feel no dishonor. I remember the connection to That connection, to that deep ancient view That was brought through, a drug-connected view. That didn't make me confused. It made me remember issues What side that I belong on, And from that I knew I was right Not saying she was part of the dark, But there was something dark in her heart That I really wanted to heal, But I couldn't. Even though I reached and tried. I knew it's not my choice. It's up to her to want me to help her through it, But she didn't want me there, so she rejected me, And I still love her, just like I love humanity.
