Becoming Superman Ep.39 Biceps and Back
Description: Good morning, folks! Today’s workout was a bit rushed—I only had about 45 minutes—but I made it work. Focused on biceps and back with exercises like cable curls, chin-ups, lat pulldowns, and rows. The energy was low without pre-workout, but we push forward no matter what. Yesterday’s workout really hit the mark; my sore shoulders are proof! 💪
While posing, I noticed my triceps need some serious attention to balance out the look. It’s a reminder to always compare ourselves to our past selves, not others. Growth takes time and consistency. Tomorrow, it’s all about chest and triceps, and I’m planning to go all-in to build those tris!
Remember: focus on progress over perfection, and keep challenging yourself day by day. Let's grow together!
