The Curse Of Leadership

Dear Pastor Bob: I have been told that I’m charismatic and for some reason people look up to me. So, apparently I am a natural born leader, which honestly makes me uncomfortable because I struggle to see what others are seeing. I am horribly flawed and extremely insecure. God has given me the gift of leadership which I usually see as more of a curse. I sometimes feel that God is calling me to use my talents to do something good for the world but that scares me because I don’t want to let people down because I am so flawed. Could you give me some tips on how to deal with these insecurities? And do you struggle with things like this?
