2 Vehicle Crash, No Injuries, GOODRICH, April 17, 2025 - Shortly before 6 am on April 17, 2025, the driver of a tan Honda Civic was south-bound on US-59. As the driver was approaching the Loop 393 Intersection, the driver of a blue Honda CRV pulled out of a private drive and failed to yield to the Honda Civic. The vehicles collided (Civic slammed into the back end of the CRV). There were no injuries in the mishap. Trooper Nick Hatton with The Texas Highway Patrol was dispatched to investigate the accident and was assisted by Deputy Joey Mottu with The Polk County Sheriff's Office. The driver of the CRV will likely be cited for failing to yield.
