I'm 50 and I have chronic nerve pain and insomnia. I started taking 5 mg a day, and now I can walk without experiencing sciatic nerve pain and sleep for 8 hours each night. My pain and fatigue were so severe that everything appeared blurry without my reading glasses. Now, I can see clearly up close without needing them.
