World Champion Bodybuilder's Biohacks with Wade Lightheart

Wade Lightheart is a 4-time all-natural bodybuilding champion, "despite his lousy genetics and vegetarian diet" in his own words.

Wade is an advisor to the American Anti Cancer Institute, and the President and co-founder of BiOptimizers. He has helped over 50,000 people achieve BiOptimized Health for the last 25 years. In this interview, Wade shares how he was able to achieve the incredible feat of multiple bodybuilding championships despite unfavorable genetics and a diet that many may think as not ideal for bodybuilding. He talks about some health challenges in his bodybuilding career which he managed to overcome, and in the process of his own healing, started one of the most successful nutritional supplement companies in the country.

We also discussed the pillars and markers for longevity that we can utilize to achieve greater health, and spent some time on the various diet trends, diet tribes, and debates around diet, and his approach that could bring the fighting to an end.
