The Church is Samson (Snip. Snip.)

Contrary to our traditional Christian belief, the gifts of the Spirit did NOT die out with the early church, but rather the Lord stopped using the gifts of the Spirit to confirm the words that His church had spoken.

For just as Samson had wrongly revealed the secret of his superhuman strength to Delilah, which in turn caused Samson to lose his strength, so too did the church lose its supernatural gifts of the Spirit power by speaking words it should not have spoken as well.

What did the church wrongly speak?

Christian dogma, being falsehoods disguised as truth, many of which we now esteem to be our traditional Christian beliefs.
