Kansas Property Tax Protest Hearing Update 04-17-25

Verity Seeker host, Mark Powls, provides a nine minute update on his Property Tax Petition for a redress of grievance based on a strictly constitutional position. This short update comes immediately following his hearing via a 3-way Tele-Conference hearing call in which Mark finally moves the Property Tax Appeal to a "constitutional petition for redress, not a protest against the valuation of personal and land as taxable properties.
