No audio for this video but here I demonstrate the issue of low water pressure. The softener is in the service position and I have the cold water in the utility sink at the cold faucet full open very minimal water flow. I leave the sink, back to the unit (with the faucet open) and push the bypass from service position (online/in service) to the bypass (offline/out of service) position. Then I return to the sink and we can see the water flow kick back up. This denotes that the resin bed has gone bad and needs to be replaced. There is also a view from behind the tank, here we can see a mark from a previous call, showing where the freeboard line was at. And we can see how far the level of resin has dropped. More to the stop after addressing the primary problem.
