I cooked an fried egg after stirring it 1000 times and It looks like an cake! It looks like a cheese cream cake but the taste is...?????!!!!!!
Yes, it tastes egg.

If you cook according to the recipe in my other videos I uploaded , the taste is guaranteed, but this is a very tricky food so some people like it but others dislike it. Therefore I uploaded it without the exact amount of each ingredients so that you can adjust according to your preference OR just enjoy watching the video.
However many people want the recipe so I updated it here.
Still I hope you adjust the ingredients per your preference.

Ingredients: 6 eggs (to fit pan size), salt, sugar, (butter)
* If you are sensitive to the smell of egg, you can add lemon
* You can cook with 1 or 2 eggs (see recipe below)
* Sauce: Ketchup was sprinkled with the concept of fried egg in the video, but sweet sauces such as honey and maple syrup are recommendable. Other people recommended in the comments pork cutlet sauce, spicy sauce, and cheese.

1) Separate the yolk and whites.
2) Add a little bit of salt and 1 tsp of sugar to the yolk and mix well.
3) Meringue the egg whites
* Add about 1/2 tablespoon of sugar per 1 egg and a little bit of salt (No salt is ok).
* Add sugar little by little
4) Apply vegetable oil all over the pan, and cook from low heat, starting with yolk. When the yolk is lightly cooked, you can slightly lift the yolk to add butter underneath or add vegetable oil if needed. If you cook only 1~2 eggs, you can cook with butter from the beginning.
* If only 1~2 eggs are used, spread the yolks wide in the pan, put the whites in the middle, and roll the yolks to cover the whites.
5) Spread the meringue on yolks, close the lid, and cook more over the low heat for 5 minutes.
Please adjust the time according to the fire condition or quantity.
To cook well, you can cook it by turning both sides over.
* If you use only 1 or 2 eggs, spread the yolks wide in the pan, put the whites in the middle, and roll the whites with yolks to make a shape.
6) Serve to plate and add sauce.
* In case of sugar base, honey is mostly recommendable.
