Speaking Proudly is an exceptional opportunity for Minnesota girls in grades 9-12 from across the state to develop their oratory skills and participate in a biennial speech competition at the State Capitol in November, 2025.
The topic is “ ‘The Consent of the Governed’ ” in America’s 250th Year.”
Application dates are August 1 to September 15, 2025. But, don’t wait until then. NOW is the time to start planning your participation, while you have access to your teachers and school resources.
