We Don't Need Your AI Text Editor Configs in Our Repos, .gitignore that stuff

Cursor AI configs showed up in the ReactOS source repo, and this brought up some things that can become issues. We have the technology to ignore these configs, please use them. Also, who gave one maintainer the ability to just add it without further comment.
