Blackthorne (PC - 2013) playthrough part 3/4 - Stage 3

It took me quite a while to figure out how to survive the drop from ledge to ledge at 27:10. You can get trapped by the lowering barrier at 55:55, requiring a restart of the level. Based on many failed attempts, I'm almost certain you need to jump over the falling platforms at 1:03:33 in order to be able to make the return trip.
Based on the end credits, this appears to be a conversion of the SNES release, which is odd to me considering it had a PC release in 1994. It was available for free for quite a while on Blizzard's website.
