OG Loc is struggling to make it in the music industry and blames Madd Dogg’s manager, Scipio, for blackballing him. Desperate for revenge, Loc enlists CJ to take him out. CJ intercepts one of Madd Dogg’s chauffeurs, steals his black Elegant, and joins the convoy heading to an awards ceremony. Once Scipio gets in the car, CJ locks the doors and speeds off, taking a "scenic route" straight to Verona Beach. Despite Scipio’s desperate pleas and offers of money, connections, and women, CJ remains silent. At the pier, CJ bails out at the last moment, sending the car—and its helpless passengers—plunging into the ocean. The mission is complete, leaving OG Loc one step closer to his delusional rise to stardom.
