If it's Not a Great Replacement, What is it?

Renaud Camus, the philosopher who coined the term 'Great Replacement', referencing the ongoing mass migration into Europe and the associated shrinking of the native population, has been banned from entering the UK. This begs the question, are we allowed to notice the massive migration occuring in Western nations or are we supposed to think it as normal?
