The Corruption In Pennsylvania and Children and Youth Services Is Out Of Control

The entire CPS system is corrupt and here’s just a small sample of proof of how bad it is in Pennsylvania. I will be making more videos like this for other states and Florida is next and you’ll understand why… For this video tho the focus is on Pennsylvania and for anyone that has past or present issues with Children and Youth Services and would like information about your rights and how to fight back against the system I can put you in contact with the person that filed the RICO against the system, she has governor Shapiro under fire a in suit and lots of other stuff the news is hiding and she recently filed a private criminal complaint against a Dauphin County official which help finally get him charged for DUI because the other ones were pushed under the rug. She is trying to compile as much evidence against corrupt Pennsylvania officials as possible to prove how corrupt Pennsylvania is.

Adoption bonuses are provided to states to encourage the adoption of children from foster care. These bonuses were introduced as part of the Adoption and Safe Families Act (ASFA) and under this act, states receive a base bonus of $4,000 to $6,000 for each child adopted from foster care, with an additional $2,000 for special needs children. The more kids that get adopted the more money the state makes and they make $2000 more for every special needs child and this is why they diagnose children with mental health disorders because it pays more. They did something similar with hospitals that checked the Covid-19 box for cause of death to inflate the numbers. This is why people that died from natural causes or gunshot wounds listed the cause of death to be Covid if there was a positive test.
Many children are abused in foster homes and detention centers and they get diagnosed with disorders and put on medication so they won’t be believed if they ever report the abuse. There are approximately 13,000 to 15,000 children in foster care in Pennsylvania and about 22 percent of all children in foster care will be adopted. That’s means that Pennsylvania receives at least $11 million a year from adoptions bonuses so they don’t want parents getting their children back because the state would lose money. Parents with limited financial resources are often targeted because they can’t afford a lawyer so therefore they don’t know their rights, let alone how to use them. This forces parents to fight many uphill battles alone without the assistance of a lawyer nor the legal knowledge to be successful. To make it worse, the parents that try to fight back Pro Se are already under mental stress by the thought that they may lose their children.
